I havent fully looked into it yet deffinetly looks like something important id be missing, the only problem being iv been using a sort of updated copy of normal fomm not the original. OK this is something ( which is 100% more than i have acomplished on my own so thank you) I couldn't tell you what I personally have done in order to get my New Vegas to run as well as it does, so I am certainly not going to fault anyone for having a hard time doing it themselves.
